Our software uses a
5 colour code system to represent the level of alarm for each piece of data on your samples. There is also an overall
alarm colour. This is designed to give you the ability to gauge the severity of the situation at a glance. The
colours and their general meaning are shown above.
When you send us your oil samples, we will
test them and then email the data (and our recommendations) to you in a small zip file. You then simply import
this zip file into your OilLabData software to view your results. At the same time, a hierachy of your individual pieces
of equipment and sample points are created automatically so you can easily see which set of data
relates to which piece of equipment.

Following the 30 day period, if you wish to continue using our software you must contact us to obtain a license key.

With this version, there is no software to install. We will analyse your oil samples and then upload your data (and our recommendation) to our secure online server. You then access the server via your web browser using your personal login details - your reports will be there waiting for you. It's that easy!
So whether you want to access your reports over a coffee in an internet cafe or out in a field on your iphone, your reports are only a few clicks away. Please feel free to call us if you'd like to know more.
Oil Sample Kits
Oil kits are available in a range of standard sizes, e.g. in packs of 1's, 10's or 100's. Bespoke sample kits are also available to cater to your requirements. Standard kits contain oil bottles, oil bottle labels, sample tickets, sealable plastic bags, a padded return envelope and a prepaid return sticker (numbers of each will vary according to the kit size). Hand-operated sample pumps are also available to help make your oil sampling easier. Please call us to discuss your requirements.
We can also provide kits to cater for fuel and coolant sampling, as well as heavy fuel oils and greases.

Also available is our popular Start-up Sampling Case. This handy case is perfect for anyone wanting to begin an oil sampling programme. It comes complete with 10 sample bottles to get you started which you can top up with new ones as required. There is also a hand pump, rubber tubing and a retractable blade knife to enable you to take your samples with ease. The case also includes a compartment in which there are sealable plastic bags, padded envelopes, sample paperwork and pre-paid return address stickers. It couldn't be easier! All items are held securely in place by heavy-duty foam and the tough, rigid case makes it perfect for even the harshest of environments.
The cases are ideal for issuing to each member of your maintenance team for them to keep in their vehicles ready for use. Top-up materials and extra paperwork are available.
